Arrested: Cecila Abena Dapaah Ghana Sanitation Minister Found With a Million in Cash in her Home

Will corruption in Ghana fall the way their now arrested Ghana minister of Sanitation? Ghana’s sanitation minister resigned on Saturday found and stole hidden cash, in local and foreign currencies.
Cecilia Abena Dapaah caused a Frey on Friday after two former house staff appeared in court accused of stealing cash and belongings from the minister and her husband between July and October 2022.
Today the former Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, Cecilia Abena Dapaah, has been arrested by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP).
The former Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, Cecilia Abena Dapaah, has been apprehended by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) on grounds of alleged corruption and corruption-related activities.
The arrest is in connection with significant sums of money and valuable items that have been purportedly stolen from her residence.
