How White Supremacy, Football And An Explosion In Ghana Gave Me A New Friend In Malawi
Not American football of course (soccer), this was during the AFCON competition.

During the AFCON competition there was an explosion as well as a rude question posted by BBC Africa, for those who might not follow Football {AFCON = Africa Cup of Nations}
In many countries winning teams receive payment upon clinching the championship title.
Here is an example, when an American football team wins the Super bowl each player on the winning team is paid $150.000 . During AFCON the President of Malawi Lazarus Chakwera, said he was going to pay players if they won.
BBC Africa decided to create a poll asking people how they felt about his decision, which was inappropriate, it was filled with White supremacy. As it happens often in western countries for athletes on winning teams to receive payments as a reward, why would a question be posed when an African country decides to do the same?

In the story I wrote, when citizens of Malawi decided to highjack all the posts and news stories posted by BBC Africa. They would post nonsensical comments, laughing emojis, or the flag of Malawi as well as some offensive comments.
Mostly they demanded that BBC Africa issue an apology to their President Lazarus Chakwera. Which I happened to agree with as BBC Africa often writes insensitive stories about the African continent as well as uses some really disgusting photos.
Once posted a photo that was in the UK saying it was a particular African country, one zoom in on the car license plates you could realize it was indeed Europe not Africa.
